Passionate about freedom since a very young age, I’ve followed a deep inner journey that led me to travel for several years in Asia, where I lived for over 15 years.
There, I taught yoga and meditation while training in Qi Gong, body massage, energetic arts, and coaching.

Today, drawing from this experience, I offer personal development guidance in the form of discussion. With listening as the primary tool, I use various methods such as relaxation, guided meditations, energy healing, as well as body and breathing exercises, inspired by numerous techniques tested and practiced throughout my journey.

A holistic and compassionate approach to facilitate the release of physical, mental, and emotional blockages, and support the emergence of each individual's natural healing process.

A few influences…

Yoga

In its traditional approach, like the one taught by Éric Baret and Jean Klein, yoga is an art that deeply resonates with me.
It is based on observation, presence, and detachment, releasing tensions and fostering a deeper connection with oneself.

I am certified by several traditional Hatha Yoga schools in India—Sivananda, School of Shanti (500RYT certified teacher since 2009)—and I also taught Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Coaching

The essence of coaching lies in deep listening, allowing one to understand an individual’s needs and aspirations.
It’s a transformational process that guides the person toward self-fulfillment and realization by helping them unlock their inner potential and align with their deepest truth.

Certified in Professional Coaching by Transcend International in Hong Kong since 2015 (qualifications recognized by the ICF – International Coaching Federation).

Energy Healing

I’ve been drawn to energetic arts from an early age and have explored many techniques through workshops and readings, including Medical Qi Gong, Intuitive Healing, Energy Healing, Pillars of Light, Spontaneous Qi, Magnetism, Lahochi, EFT, and many more.

Certified in Reiki by André Baechler in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Meditation

A process of self-observation that allows one to directly experience the nature of consciousness.
It involves detaching from identification with the mind and emotions to simply be present in the moment.

Numerous silent Vipassana retreats and many other techniques explored and practiced since the early 2000s. A daily practice that fills me with joy!

Zhan Zhuang

A standing meditation practice that helps develop inner strength, mental grounding, and a deep capacity for calm presence.
It is a key technique in disciplines aimed at strengthening energy (Qi), such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and other energetic work.

I began exploring this practice in the 2010s, observing and mimicking elderly Qi Gong masters in Hong Kong parks during the early morning hours.

Massage

I’ve explored the art of touch through various techniques, including reflexology and Qi Gong self-massage.

Certified in Traditional Thai Massage from the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, since 2008.

Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology

A deep exploration of the structure, function, and issues of the human body.

Certified by the École de Santé de Suisse Romande in 2024 (qualifications recognized by ASCA and RME).
